products are processed through a very severe and
hygienic cleaning process to ensure that the material
is as pure as naturally possible. For this the material
is passed through a cleaning plant first which removes
all the normal impurities of stones, Fiber, twigs,
branches,etc. Then the material is washed dried
and then finally it is passed through a Colour Sorter
which is top of the line.

The SORTEX Z3V is a high precision colour sorting machine
which is the latest technology available. The material
is then passed through Magnets to remove any ferrous impurities.
Then just to be sure the material is passed through a
safety siever before being directly packed into the Bags
as per the Buyers requirement.
